Power Supplies

Hirst Magnetic Instruments Ltd. also provide power supplies for field generating Helmholtz coils.

The Power supplies can be passive controlled current power supplies that can be programmed to provide a static DC  Field, wave form programmable, for  analysis in complex AC and transient magnetic environments, or active, where a remote sensor is used to actively null the earth's field in the course of its diurnal rhythms.
